Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the BizLaunchCo website, Telegram bot, questionnaires, client portal, and related communications (collectively, the “Platform”). A signed proposal, order, or service agreement may contain additional terms and will control if it conflicts with these Terms.

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. By using the Platform, submitting information, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you use the Platform for a company, you represent that you are authorized to act for it.

2. What BizLaunchCo does

BizLaunchCo coordinates business-support services, information gathering, document workflows, and introductions to independent providers. Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, BizLaunchCo is not a bank, payment processor, law firm, accounting firm, tax adviser, government agency, employer, or guarantor.

3. No approval or outcome guarantee

Banks, payment processors, government agencies, professional advisers, and other third parties make their own decisions. BizLaunchCo does not guarantee eligibility, approval, timing, account availability, revenue, profitability, legal or tax outcomes, or the suitability of any provider. Estimates are informational and may change.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide complete, accurate, current, and lawfully obtained information.
• Respond to requests and independently review applications, contracts, filings, fees, and provider terms before approval or signature.
• Use the Platform only for lawful business purposes and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Do not impersonate another person, upload malicious code, interfere with security, scrape restricted data, or submit fraudulent, misleading, or infringing material.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access or inaccurate information.

5. Accounts, documents, and communications

Client access may be invitation-only and tied to assigned companies. You are responsible for activity under your account. Use designated secure upload tools for requested documents and do not send sensitive credentials through public forms or chat. You consent to receive service-related electronic communications. Marketing communications, if any, may be declined.

6. Fees and third-party services

Fees, payment schedules, cancellations, refunds, and deliverables are governed by the applicable written proposal or service agreement. Third-party services are subject to their own terms, fees, privacy practices, and approval standards. An introduction does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee.

7. Confidentiality and intellectual property

Each party must use reasonable care with confidential non-public information received through a service relationship and use it only for the authorized purpose. BizLaunchCo and its licensors retain rights in the Platform, branding, software, and content. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security, suspected fraud, legal requirements, nonpayment, or a material breach. You may stop using the Platform at any time, but obligations and payment terms in an applicable service agreement may continue.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and general informational materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” BizLaunchCo disclaims implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed. BizLaunchCo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity. Any additional liability allocation is governed by the applicable signed service agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes, severability, and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. For questions, contact hello@bizlaunchco.com.
