This notice explains how BizLaunchCo collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit our website, contact us, use our Telegram bot, complete an intake questionnaire, or access our client portal.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Identifiers and contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number, Telegram username or user ID, and company name.
• Business and service information, including company stage, requested services, timelines, communications, support tickets, and documents you choose to provide through an authorized secure workflow.
• Account information, such as login identifiers, invitation status, company assignments, and portal activity.
• Technical and security information, including IP address, browser or device information, access logs, and anti-fraud or spam signals.

Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, bank login credentials, or sensitive identity records through public website forms or Telegram.

2. Sources of information

We receive information directly from you, from an authorized representative of your company, through the BizLaunchCo website and Telegram bot, and from service providers that support identity, security, hosting, communications, or client operations.

3. How we use information

• Review and respond to inquiries and applications.
• Create and manage prospect, client, company, ticket, document, and assignment records.
• Coordinate requested business services and communicate about next steps.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website, bot, and portal.
• Prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents.
• Comply with law, enforce agreements, and maintain appropriate business records.

4. When we disclose information

We may disclose relevant information to hosting, communications, security, document-storage, and operational service providers; to a professional or third-party provider involved in a service you request; to AmeriSeller personnel assigned to support your company; to a successor in a business transaction; or when disclosure is required to comply with law or protect rights and safety. These recipients receive only the information reasonably needed for their role. We do not sell personal information submitted through our website, bot, or portal, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Telegram and third-party services

Telegram and other third-party services process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Avoid sending sensitive records in chat. Approval, underwriting, banking, payment-processing, government, legal, tax, and other third-party decisions are controlled by those providers, not BizLaunchCo.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal or contractual obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete certain information, or object to certain uses, subject to identity verification and legal or operational exceptions. You may also opt out of non-essential marketing communications. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

8. Children, international use, and changes

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. We may update this notice; the effective date above identifies the latest version.
